KEMWorks and our associates provide teams with in-depth knowledge and understanding of the specialized requirements of pharmaceutical and biotechnology processes, such as the following:

For Organic Synthesis:
Solids handlings, reactions, drying, centrifuging, solvent extraction, distillation solvent recovery, milling, finishing and packaging wastewater treatment, utilities, design of safety relief systems and thermal oxidation.

For Biotechnology Process:
Containment, space classification, gravity flow, buffer and solution preparation, CIP and SIP integral design, ultra pure water, WFI, clean steam, lyophilizations, separations and purification, and specialized facility design, including washers, autoclaves, wastewater, etc.

For Secondary Pharmaceuticals:
Solids handling, solution preparation, packaging labeling, granulation, fluid bed drying, compression, coating, blow-fill-seal, etc. and all CIP/SIP systems and clean and building utilities.
