Marten Walters

Marten Walters – President

Marten became President of KEMWorks in 2000. He is a chemical engineer with a degree from Manchester University. He was previously Technical Manager - Fertilizers at Jacobs Engineering and Process Engineering Department manager at BCI.


Mike Kelahan

Mike Kelahan – Vice President

Mike joined KEMWorks in 2008. He has an M.S. degree in Metallurgical Engineering, from the University of Utah. Mike has more than 38 years of phosphate beneficiation experience. He was previously  Manager of Metallurgy at Jacobs Engineering.


Chris Earl

Chris Earl – Chief Chemical Engineer

Chris was one of the founders of KEMWorks and President from 1995 to 2000. He was previously Technical Manager at Jacobs Engineering and Vice President at Davy McKee. Chris has more than 40 years experience in the chemical process industries, including process design, technology development and company management.


 
Dan Gunter

Dan Gunter – Non Executive Director

Dan was most recently CEO of Alico Inc., a land management company involved in agricultural operations and real estate. Dan previously was the Company’s President and Chief Operations Officer. Dan, who has a doctorate in agricultural economics, was Executive Director of the Florida Department of Citrus from 1986 through 1992 and again between July 2004 and April 2006.
