KEMWorks Technology, Inc. provided Project Management services for implementation of numerous in-plant projects in the Boyertown, PA facility.  Responsibilities and services include the development, updating and implementation of project management procedures for the facility.  Ongoing project management services for the Flake Expansion Project and numerous other projects as well as the management of project engineers for area projects in the plant.

The KEMWorks project manager reports directly to the Cabot Manager of Engineering.
