Medarex commissioned KEMWorks Technology, Inc. to gather drawings and compile information on three facilities. The purpose of collecting and organizing this information was to help address current and future short term space requirements, particularly in regards to personnel offices.

Drawings were collected on these facilities and modified (in AutoCAD) as required to illustrate the current allocation of space.

The primary information obtained and developed was compiled in two basic formats;

• a spreadsheet for each location
• plot plan type drawings for each building in each location

The different types of areas were color coded on both of these types of documents for easy cross reference. Facility pictures and overall site plans were also developed as an aide in this evaluation.
