Phosphate Complex Feasibility Study

KEMWorks was engaged in a feasibility study for a world-scale phosphate project using the vast deposits of phosphate rock from the Sechura Desert in Peru.  This project was won on a competitive basis in association with Raytheon Engineers and Constructors.  The project for the Full Feasibility Study was commenced then placed on hold pending resolution of legal and political issues.

• Heat & Material Balance 
• P&IDs 
• Preliminary Layout Drawings
• Four-line Equipment List and Equipment Specifications for major items

• Integration of mining and chemical plant wastes. 
• Salt-water cooling system. 
• World-scale phosphoric acid and DAP plants.
