Our project managers treat each project as a process and realize the importance of knowing and understanding every facet of the overall project delivery process.  Using this total project concept, we work cooperatively with our clients and their responsible entities to develop a project completion plan that allows for each strength and compensates for each limitation. 

Our philosophy includes looking at the overall project in an overview during conceptual design.  Constructability and value engineering are applied to the overview in order to "build-in" the right level of savings and the right contracting approach.  Forecasting of the roles and responsibilities of all entities and the resources needed to meet these responsibilities is a key to our proven success.
